We at Saddle Hills County are committed to try our best to answer your questions and concerns as promptly and as professionally as possible. We are here to serve the public of Saddle Hills County.

We have systems in place to make that process easier for you and to track our efforts in order to ensure you get the best service possible.

There are a number of ways you can get in touch with us in order to have your questions answered and your concerns dealt with.



Which ever method you use to contact us, please ask for a Service Request so that we can ensure your issue or concern gets addressed and that you are notified when it is resolved.

 


Online

Contact Us In Any of these Five Ways



1) Public Service Request (PSR) system:
On our website, under the 'Online Services' tab you will find the 'Service Request' option where you can enter your concern or question, as well as your contact information and submit it. You will be given a Service Request Number and we will respond in as quick a fashion as our workload allows but typically within two business days.

You can check back online at any time for an update on your Service Request or call us during business hours and ask for an update on your Service Request. When we have resolved your concern you will be notified by email or by phone and asked to confirm that the issue was resolved to your satisfaction.

email2) By email: If you send an email to us at admin@saddlehills.ab.ca with the subject line 'Service Request' your request will be recorded, you will be provided with a Service Request Number, your question or concern will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member and someone from the County office will respond within two business days,  and, when we have resolved your concern, you will be notified by email or by phone and asked to confirm that the issue was resolved to your satisfaction.

 

Phone3) By Phone:  If you phone us 780-864-3760 and ask for a Service Request, your request will be immediately recorded, you will be provided with a Service Request Number, your question or concern will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member and someone from the County office will respond within two business days. When we have resolved your concern, you will be notified by email or by phone and asked to confirm that the issue was resolved to your satisfaction.

 

Mail4) By mail: If you send us a letter to: Saddle Hills County, Service Request, Junction of Highway 49 and Highway 725, RR 1, Spirit River, Alberta, Canada, T0H 3G0, your request will be recorded, you will be provided with a Service Request Number, your question or concern will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member and someone from the County office will respond within two business days. When we have resolved your concern, you will be notified by mail, email or by phone and asked to confirm that the issue was resolved to your satisfaction.

 

Staff5) Our Staff: If you know and/or ask a staff member for assistance directly, ask them for create a service request number. That way your request will be recorded, your Service Request Number your question or concern will be dealt with, or forwarded to the appropriate staff member and, when we have resolved your concern, you will be notified by email or by phone and asked to confirm that the issue was resolved to your satisfaction.

Please be polite and professional when talking to our staff - they are here to help you.

Depending on your request, there are legitimate reasons we may be unable to resolve your request to your satisfaction.
These include but are not limited to such things as:
• Legal restrictions
• Jurisdictional authority
• County's policies as established by
Council

If there are legitimate reasons keeping us from being able to resolve your concern in the manner you would like, we will be up front and
honest about those and do our best to explain them to you.
