Land Use Bylaw

The County’s Land Use Bylaw 172-2009 and amendments thereto, regulates the use and development of land, buildings, and signs in pursuit of the objectives of Saddle Hills County’s planning policies and provincial legislation. It sets out the various zoning districts and the acceptable uses under each district.

These objectives are to maintain and enhance the quality of life by providing opportunities to attain individual and community aspirations and to foster planned, efficient, economical and beneficial development within the County.
