Keep Clubroot Out the County
Clubroot is a disease of cruciferous plants, including canola, broccoli, cabbage, kale, cauliflower, stinkweed, and shepherd’s purse. This disease has the potential to cause complete crop loss and was added to the Agricultural Pests Act in 2007. Saddle Hills County has a clubroot policy in place and the Manager of Rural Development conducts surveys on a minimum of 30 fields per year.
