Land Use Bylaw
The Land Use Bylaw is intended to assist in the orderly growth and development of our community through regulation and control of the development and use of land and buildings within each district. It also provides residents and developers with a clear understanding of the County's planning direction. The bylaw also establishes an application, amendment and appeal process.
The Land Use Bylaw has recently undergone a major review and after careful consideration the new Land Use Bylaw No. 173-2009 was adopted on July 14, 2009.
