Quality of Canada Western Amber Durum and Canada Western Red Spring wheat
The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) recently released 2 reports on wheat quality in 2026 based on wheat samples submitted to the CGC's Harvest Sample Program. Quality data are compiled from the results of analytical tests performed in the Grain Research Laboratory and are updated as more samples are received.
