Important Changes to AgriInvest for the 2025 Program Year
Producers participating in the AgriInvest program should be aware that there are new filing deadlines and new agri-environmental risk assessment requirements for the program in 2025.
Farmers with an average allow net sales (ANS), before the ANS limit is applied, on $1 million or more for the previous three program years, must not have an eligible and valid agri-environmental risk assessment in order to received matching government contributions. Eligible risk assessments include 4R designation for farmers, an Environmental Farm Plan (EFP) or a Nutrient Management Plan.
New Filing Deadlines
- June 30, 2026: initial deadline to submit 2025 AgriInvest forms without penalty.
- September 30, 2026: final deadline to submit your 2025 forms with penalty.
