Notice of Development Permit Approval - Apr. 18 Deadline


The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Application: 08-DP-23

Location: LSD 16 of 31-78-11-W6

Development: 250 HP Compressor

Applicant/Landowner: AltaGas Ltd.

Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against this development must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal by April 18th, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany the appeal.
