Notice of Development Permit Approvals: Deadline - July 22, 2025

The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Location: NE 26-76-05-W6

Development: Water and Power Shed

Applicant/Landowner: Hutterian Brethren Church of Birch Hills

Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against this development must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal, by July 22, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany the appeal.
