The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Development: Carbon Capture Equipment & 4350 HP Compressor

Applicant/Landowner: Entropy Inc.

 

Application: 11-DP-25

Location: LSD 05 of 28-80-13-W6

Development: 800 HP Compressor

Applicant/Landowner: Vermillion Resources by its managing partner Vermillion Energy Inc./ Annie Avramovich

 

Application: 14-DP-25

Location: SW 13-82-07-W6

Development: Work Camp

Applicant/Landowner: Canadian Forest Products Ltd.

Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against these developments must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal by June 3, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany the appeal.
