The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Application: 16-DP-23

Location: NW 13-82-07-W6/SW 24-82-07-W6

Development: Amendment to existing gravel pit

Applicant/Landowner: Renegade Gravel Ltd.


Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against this development must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal by May 16, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany the appeal.
