Property Assessment Inspections

Compass Assessments will be conducting property assessment inspections throughout Saddle Hills County from September 14–18, 2026.

Assessor Aaron will be visiting properties as part of the year-end assessment process. Inspections will focus on:

• New development permits
• Properties with known changes
• Developments that may not have been completed under permits from previous years

Aaron’s vehicle will have a Saddle Hills County decal on the rear window, and he will carry County identification while conducting inspections.
