PUBLIC NOTICE: Maskwa Medical Centre Loan Guarantee

Saddle Hills County Council has given first reading to Bylaw No. 469-2026, which authorizes the County to enter into a Master Guarantee Agreement to fractionally guarantee a construction loan for the Maskwa Medical Centre.

The total maximum liability of the County under this guarantee is $5,836,825.

In accordance with sections 266 (3) and 606 of the Municipal Government Act, this bylaw is being advertised for two consecutive weeks.
