Last year, eligible residents were required to complete a Remote Potable Water Hauling Subsidy Application to be included in the subsidy. This same form will now need to be completed with the inclusion of receipts to complete the claim.
You must submit valid documentation showing the date the water was hauled or purchased within the year and the number of cubic meters purchased. This documentation will then be used to reimburse you.
Please note that the subsidy is funded once per residence, per calendar year, and that the water must be for domestic use only.
If you have any questions about the subsidy or the rural potable water project, please contact us at EnvSvcs@saddlehills.ab.ca or call (780) 864-3760.
