Request for Proposals: New Happy Valley Fire Hall

Saddle Hills County is seeking innovative proposals from interested design-build contractors for the design and construction of the new Happy Valley Fire Hall - a 70 ft x 80 ft (5,600 sq. ft.) two-bay drive-thru fire hall.

The project would require the construction of a pre-engineered steel structure, based on the guide specifications provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP), as well as construction drawings, complete with building classification information, energy modelling, and calculations necessary to satisfy a building permit plans examination.

Construction would be expected to commence in early 2026, with Substantial Completion no later than February 28, 2027.5.
