Notice of Public Hearing - April 14, 2026
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Saddle Hills County Council to close a portion of a public roadway, as shown in the drawing below, for the purpose of leasing, in accordance with Section 22 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, RSA 2000, as amended. Road Closure Bylaw 463-2026 for the purpose of leasing was given first reading on March 10, 2026.
A copy of the bylaw and supporting documents can be viewed below or at the County office.
