Property Assessments
Saddle Hills County Assessors, Aaron Steblyk, Brady Harder, and Colin Robson with Compass Assessment Consultants Inc., will be hitting County roads July 6-10, 2026.
Compass Assessment will conduct Rotational Inspections in the west side of Saddle Hills County (Bay Tree, Gundy, and Bonanza) from July 6–10. Compass conducts rotational inspections of properties to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and up to date.
Assessors Brady Harder, Colin Robson, and Aaron Steblyk will visit properties in:
- TWP 79: Rge 12 & 13 (all TWP time permitting)
- TWP 78: Rge 13 (all TWP time permitting)
- TWP 76: Rge 12 & 13
- TWP 75: Rge 13
What to Expect
Inspections will take place Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Assessors will be driving trucks with county decals on the rear windows.
Each assessor will be carrying photo identification and wearing Compass Assessment branded apparel (jackets, shirts, hats).
At each property, Compass assessors will attempt to contact the owner by door knocking when they arrive.
Inspections are authorized under Section 294 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA).

Their vehicles will bear Saddle Hills County branding and the Assessors will carry photo ID when conducting any assessment services in the County.
