Campgrounds & Parks

Saddle Hills County is lucky to be home to three municipally run campgrounds, at Spring Lake, Hilltop Lake, and Cotillion Park, as well as the provincially run Moonshine Lake Provincial Park. We are also lucky to be home to the prime fishing and wildlife spotting locations of the Shell True North Pond and Jack Bird Pond

For reservations at Spring Lake, Hilltop Lake, or Cotillion Campgrounds, please visit Sites at Moonshine Lake Provincial Park can be reserved through the Alberta Parks Reservation System.

2024 Opening Dates

Spring Lake Campground: May 10 - September 29 (online reservations open March 6)

Cotillion Park Campground: May 10 - October 15 (online reservations now open)

Hilltop Lake Campground: May 10 - October 31 (online reservations open March 6)

Moonshine Lake Campground: May 16 - September 2 (Only A loop is open from Sept. 3 - Oct. 6 as first-come, first served)
