Over the last 30 days, parts of the province have received much-needed rains.

Precipitation in the past 30 days has been near normal for the majority of the province. 

Council awarded the 2023 Student Bursaries to recipients at the August 8, 2023 Council Meeting.

Over the past 7-days a series of wide spread and reoccurring thunderstorms have brought rain to many parts of the province, including dry areas of the Peace Region and dry lands through parts of the North East.

Agricultural Services will be hosting a Livestock Health and Nutrition Seminar at the Gordondale Hall, on October 11, 2023.

We are pleased to announce that we now accept online payments through Bank of Montreal (BMO).

Since the last report (July 26, 2023) the North West and Peace regions have received significant amounts of precipitation.

Reports for this week indicate that recent heat across the province has led to continued crop progression where moisture is available, and increased crop stress where moisture remains low.

The County has a variety of used IT equipment available for purchase by sealed bid.
