    Farm Transition Workshop - February 22, 2023

    Saddle Hills County Ag Department, in collaboration with KMSC Law, are hosting a Farm Transition Workshop at the Gordondale Hall on February 22, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. The workshop will cover legal issues in farm estate planning including intestacy, ownership and land issues, division of property, protection from creditors, and corporate matters.

    2023 Calendars featuring winning images from the 2022 'County Proud' Photo Contest are now available. You can pick up a copy for free at the County office or at the Bay Tree, Bonanza, Blueberry and Woking General Stores. Copies have also been mailed out to residents.

    Grain bag and twine recycling is now available as part of the Alberta Ag-Plastic. Recycle it! three-year pilot program aimed at establishing an environmentally sustainable program to recycle agricultural plastics.
