Power Outages

While Saddle Hills County does provide some utility services, electricity services are provided by ATCO.

When your power is out, you want to know how soon it will be back on and why it went off in the first place. ATCO offer the My ATCO Electricity App to give you timely notifications about any outages impacting the area and provide information tailored specifically for your location. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

You can view the interactive outage map, showing the locations of current and planned outages in the area, and sign up for updates via SMS, email, and/or push notifications.

The app also allows you to report new outages, streetlight issues, equipment damage, and any other service issues directly to ATCO, and provides resources including articles, FAQs, and contact information.
