Free Online Cow-Calf Record-Keeping Course for Producers

What goals and objectives do you have for your beef cattle herd? Do you want your calves to be heavier at weaning or are you more interested in uniform coat colour so that your calves fit in a certain market?

This seven-part online course from the Beef Cattle Research Council (BCRC) will walk you through the process of practical record-keeping, tracking genetic improvements, and ultimately allowing you to turn your information into action. Content will be emailed to you in digestible bites every few days, providing you with a brief overview and links to supporting information on topics, such as why keep records, which system to use, setting goals, and more.
