Ksituan Non-Potable Water Fill Station Now Open

The new Non-Potable Water Fill Station at the Ksituan Water Treatment Plant, is now open!

This service is offered free-of-charge to the public, with the primary purpose being for agricultural use. There is no daily water volume limits. Pump fuel levels are monitored daily.

Please note, the water is not safe for human consumption. 

Pump Instructions

  • To start, ensure throttle is at 50% or less. All the way right is 100% (full throttle), all the way left is 0% (idle).
  • If pump is cold, if hasn’t been running recently, move the choke lever all the way to the left.
  • The pump is electric start. Turn the ignition key all the way to the right to start the engine and release key to “ON” position once it starts. If the battery is dead, the pull-start will need to be used instead.
  • Once the engine starts, move the choke lever all the way back to the left and move the throttle lever all the way to the right, for full throttle
  • When pumping is complete, move the throttle lever back to the left (to 50%) and let pump idle down for a minute, before shutting off the pump by turning ignition key to the left to the “OFF” position
