Notice of Development Permit Approvals - Deadline: May 20, 2025

The following development permit time extension has been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Development: 5 year development permit time extension for Co-housing facility, school, church, and slaughterhouse

Applicant/Landowner: Hutterian Brethren Church of Silver Valley

Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against this time extension must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal by May 20, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany the appeal.
