Equipment Operator I-II Seasonal Position Summary:

Operates and maintains equipment as required in the maintenance of local roads and seasonal projects for the Department. Normal hours of work are 8 or 10 hours per day up to 40 regular hours per week.

Class 1 is preferred for this position. 

 

Labourer Seasonal Position Summary:

The labourer works as a part of a team and completes manual work in a safe, efficient manner 
with Saddle Hills County. They also operate vehicles and small equipment to complete tasks 
assigned by the Public Works Coordinator/Manager. Normal hours of work are 40 hours 
per week and available for overtime as operational needs dictate. 

 

Communications Coordinator - Temporary Maternity Coverage Position Summary: 

Reporting to the CAO, the Communications Coordinator identifies and implements communications programs, consults with relevant stakeholders on proactive communications, responds to media inquiries, maintains the County’s corporate and brand identity, is responsible for public engagement efforts, and manages all County communications tools, including the County website, social media, and all key publications.
