Notice of Development Permit Approval: Deadline - July 29, 2025

The following development permit has been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Applicant/Landowner: Vermilion Energy Inc./ Hutterian Brethren Church of Doe River

Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against this development must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal by July 29th, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100 must accompany the appeal.
