    Saddle Hills County operates a series of Transfer Stations and Collection Sites throughout the County. Each of our Transfer Stations has collection bins outside of the gates to accommodate residents who cannot visit the Transfer Station during its regular operating hours. All of our Collection Bins and Sites are available 24-7.

    The Farm Technology Program supports the adoption of innovative technology that minimizes agricultural waste, optimizes farm efficiency, and encourages the adoption of best management practices in farm security. This program targets technology that is proven but not yet widely adopted, and producers are eligible to receive up to $50,000 over the program term.

The event included opening remarks from Reeve Alvin Hubert and a live press conference from Edmonton with Premier Jason Kenney and Alberta’s Minister of Environment and Parks, the Honourable Jason Nixon.
