  • Cleanfarms 2022 - Unwanted Pesticide and Livestock Medication Collection

    Cleanfarms teams will be in Northern Alberta and the British Columbia/Alberta Peace Region in early October 2022. They'll be collecting unwanted agricultural pesticides and old livestock/equine medications for safe disposal at specific locations on certain dates.

    Map 1: Since the last report (August 10, 2022) most lands lying south of the Yellowhead Highway all the way down the US border have remained dry.  Spotty thunderstorm activity delivered much needed rains to some parts of the Central Region, the extreme southern parts of the Southern Region and parts of the North East Region (map 1).
